Biography:
John received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of
Law on a full academic scholarship. Prior to forming his own practice,
he worked at a Las Vegas firm primarily in the areas of appellate law,
complex litigation, family, and criminal law.
Since opening his practice, John has received jury verdicts in excess of
double an insurance company's final settlement offer, obtained Social
Security benefits for a number of clients and Administrative Hearings,
and has filed appeals with the Second and Fourth Appellate Districts of
California. John provides litigation support to the Law Offices of
Alexander M. Schack on California and nationwide class actions in the
areas of Antitrust, Consumer Fraud, and Cartwright Act violations.
He has taught college level Philosophy at the Community College of
Southern Nevada and classical guitar Nevada School of the Arts. John
is recently married and lives with his wife Christina, a law student at the
University of San Diego, Boston Terrier, Archimedes, and his collection
of books on mathematical logic puzzles.
